Wellness Coaching is the link between your good intentions and the lifestyle change you have always wanted. Wellness Coaching is a partnership. You will work with your coach to develop your personal wellness vision, with the result of an individualized plan based on your needs and desires. You and your wellness coach will then create a 3-month plan; which is the amount of time generally needed for meaningful behavioral change become a part of your life.
Following an initial 90 minute session to set up your wellness vision and plan, convenient 30-45 minute coaching sessions are set to coach to review the previous week’s goals and set action plan for the upcoming week. All meetings are by phone (generally on a weekly basis), so you can schedule them at a time and place that is convenient for you.
Topics typically discussed relate to stress management, nutrition, physical activity, weight management and life issues which impact wellness. Remember, wellness is not just good health but the mastery of one's physical and mental well-being: weight, fitness, nutrition, stress, health, and the mindset to sustain wellness.

What other’s are saying about Wellness Coaching:
"My coach is truly multi-faceted; I can't think of any subject I've raised that has stumped her. Her knowledge of physiology, nutrition, and exercise has been instrumental in helping me realize many goals. I think she has proved to be a marvelous coach for me, and I'm sure will be for others in the future."
"What wellness coaching provided for me to be successful was accountability, convenience and expertise. I was committed to making permanent changes even before I contacted the coach, but the accountability of checking in with my coach a couple times a week makes it much easier for me to maintain that commitment during weeks when I would otherwise be inclined to slack off or quit entirely. Accountability has made me consistent in performing my fitness routine and consistency has resulted in not only significant changes in my body, but what I hope are lifelong habits.”
